Vlogs (video blogs)

Our promotional video production and video post-production work features SERVPRO client testimonials.
Once SERVPRO’s Project Managers provide us with the names and contact information for possibly interviewees, we make the contact and schedule a time to visit past clients in their homes or businesses where we create a relaxed atmosphere and ask questions about the client’s experience with SERVPRO. In some cases, clients have preferred to be ‘anonymous’ or to use their voices only. In these instances, we record their voices and then add project photography, originally shot by the Project Managers or technicians, during the post-production (editing) phase.
Other videos provide opportunities for SERVPRO’s employees to explain unique processes, special equipment used on jobs, and other information about their company.
The combined impact of client and employee videos works to increase the interest and likelihood that prospects will call SERVPRO for help when they need service. Our work in this single area has generated over $100,000 in revenue for SERVPRO over the last six months alone.
David Petra, SERVPRO East Ontario/ Kaiser, and Jonathan Arcila, SERVPRO Yorba Linda/ Brea, discuss how these two franchises came together to restore a major Inland Empire company’s warehouse following major water damage. All production and post-production by A-Cubed Marketing Services.
Blogs
We also write a lot of blogs for our clients. We find they do an awesome job communicating with customers because they provide important information as customers are considering one brand/ company over another. In our experience, we’ve had clients tell us that customers chose their brand after reading several of their (ghost written) blogs!
From the prospects’ point of view, we write blogs that are:
Entertaining to read
Provide important information customers need to know about your company and how you help your customers solve their problems
Are available when your customers are ready for the information, so they don’t feel like you’re interrupting their important schedule
Over time they help you build trust among your prospects.
They can even create a basis of reciprocity for future business (your blogs helped me solve some problems, and I’d like to give you an opportunity to do business with us).
We also find additional opportunities for the blogs we write. For instance, we often use them in our social media posts by including a first paragraph as a hook along with the link back to the blog’s page on our client’s website. In certain circumstances, we’ll also ‘boost’ those posts for even bigger reach!
Foundation: Brand Strategy and Customer Knowledge
Execution: Blogs, Social Media Posts, Vlogs, Paid Advertising

This is an example from the blog section of the client’s website.
It was used as the cornerstone of a social media post and paid advertising (boost) campaign that generated
over 2,000 views
This screen shot comes from another restoration client’s (Brandford Restoration Services) website and is a solid example of our approach.
It tells the story of how our client came to the aid of a Pasadena area restaurant following fire and smoke damage to their property. You can read the full blog here.
Building Brands With Social Media

used the following photo in our Facebook and Instagram campaigns for this client.
At the start of our work with BRS, we held an in-depth brand strategy workshop with them. The most significant thing that was revealed in this workshop was that its the level of personal commitment BRS employees invest in every client relationship that sets them apart.
This thought became the cornerstone for most of the communication that followed during the campaign. Its what was intended with the headline you see across the center of the photo; “With BRS, It’s Personal.” It was repeated often in blogs, posts and paid online advertising.
In the last several years, the social media publishers have restricted their software so that it’s nearly impossible to reach large numbers without paying to boost posts (paid advertising). However, with strong creative and a keen understanding of what motivates customers, A-Cubed Marketing can achieve a lot with a relatively small spend.

We also encourage our customers to boost certain posts. A lot can be achieved with a relatively small spend. These two boosts had budgets of just $300 per month. We still reached 2K customers and over 6K customers with each boosted post, respectively. What is not measured is the number of additional prospects that were reached when people liked, shared, or otherwise engaged with our posts!
If you’re in the restoration industry, you know how competitive it is out there. We’ve spent years working in the industry and helping our customers build profitable lead flows through innovative, smart, and cost-effective online marketing tactics like the ones discussed on this page. We can help you, too.
